We exclusively welcome up to two cats or dogs per apartment, with a strict weight limit of 75 lbs per pet. Restricted dog breeds (including Pit Bulls, Rottweilers, Dobermans, Chows, Presa Canarios, Akitas, Alaskan Malamutes, and Wolf-Hybrids) are prohibited. Prior to move-in, residents must sign an Animal Addendum, provide pet photos and documentation, and pay all required fees or deposits. Validated service animals are exempt from all fees, breed, and weight restrictions. Owners are completely responsible for their pets' behavior and must keep them leashed in common areas, promptly dispose of waste, and feed them indoors. Pets may not be tied outside, left to disturb neighbors, or brought into indoor amenities or pool areas. When using the community dog park, residents must closely supervise their vaccinated, well-behaved dogs and adhere to all posted safety, hours, and hygiene rules.
